Artichoke Dip Pasta

Warning: Cheesy Hot Mess Ahead.  Proceed With Caution.

As much as I love my mom’s artichoke dip I can’t come up with a good enough excuse to make it very often.

So I came up with one.

Turn it into dinner.  Especially when mr is gone.

You’ve heard the phrase when the cat’s away, the mice will play, right?  Well, when the mr is away the wife will make cheesy, hot messes loaded with carbs and vegetables he doesn’t love and get rid of all of the evidence before he comes home.

Oh yes I did.

As much as I hate when he is gone this kinda makes up for it.  Of course this doesn’t do anything for my ice cold feet in bed.  Dang.
