Citrus Hot Chocolate

When things get hectic, kinda like the last two weeks, I tend to reach for comforting foods that instantly relax me.

I needed the relaxation when I got home Sunday since, apparently, the Sugar Plum Fairy didn’t get my memo that I needed her to finish the Christmas decorating while I was gone.  This Citrus Hot Chocolate was just the thing to bring me back to reality and feel inspired to do some decorating.

I’ll need a few more gallons of this before the decorating is done but I’ve got plenty of cocoa and oranges to pull that off.  All the laundry I have to deal with…there’s not enough hot chocolate on the planet to inspire me to do that.  Hopefully there is a laundry fairy but I’m not holding my breath.
