Cookies ‘n Cream Oreo Cookies

I’m not entirely sure I want to share this recipe with you today.

For one, it’s summer and it seems that all I’ve doing is baking.  What’s up with that!?

Two, it means that my vacation {the one I allowed myself to take} is almost over.

And three, once you taste how good these are the stock of cookies n’ cream pudding at my grocery store will be in short supply because everyone will be buying it in bulk.

Okay so the last thing is probably not an issue but the first two are entirely all too true.

Owning your own business can be kind of a drag during the summer when everyone else is enjoying a leisurely stroll by the beach and you are stuck in your kitchen baking.  Wait.  That’s not so bad.  But in all honesty I really do push myself to share good recipes and often, so stepping away from that for a bit requires some deep breathing.

Ommmmm.  If I don’t write something every day the world will keep turning…ommmm.  My blog won’t disappear from the face of the Earth if I skip a week…ommmm.

You might not believe me when I say that is what goes through my mind but it does.  Which is why I have cookies.  I hope they distract you as much as they do me!
