Peanut Butter & Nutella Thumbprint Cookies {Gluten Free}

Halloween and Thanksgiving are over and, if you are like so many families out there who have kids with allergies, the battle has just begun.  Holiday goodies, candies, and bread from well intended friends and neighbors are coming.  My children don’t have any allergies but I have plenty of friends who do struggle to navigate around the treats and goodies.

I want this to be easy.  You know what!?  For the most part it is.  You don’t need any special ingredients or crazy recipes.

BGM is happy to introduce 12 Days of Baking for Specialized Diets.  Gluten free, egg free, low fat, nut free, vegan, low sugar.  If there are people in your life who have a special diet I hope these recipes will help by giving you some ideas of what to take to them.

The first installment for the 12 Days of Baking for Specialized Diets are these Gluten Free Peanut Butter & Nutella Thumbprints from Paula, bell ‘alimento.  I’ve seen gluten free peanut butter cookies floating around the web so I was thrilled when she said I could share these.  Head on over to her site for the fabulous recipe!  She is as sweet as these cookies are and I’m pretty sure that Nutella runs through her veins.  Everyone should have a friend this delicious!

Tomorrow on 12 Days of Baking for Specialized Diets – {Almost} Sugar Free
