Teriyaki Grilled Pork Chops

This is, hands down, one of my favorite things that my mom makes.

Along with these grilled shrimp and scallop skewers that are so amazing.  And if she were to just happen to find herself near the seafood tomorrow and just happen to pick up some shrimp and scallops and just happen to plan on making them during my visit this week I’d be ever so grateful. *hint hint*

I just made the pork chops myself so there’s no need to have those again…yet.

I love these for a quick weeknight meal but also for a Sunday evening when I’m trying to eek out every little last ounce of relaxation I can.  As soon as I start whipping up the marinade I start to drool.

It is tangy and sweet and you are gonna love it!

  1. I always love a recipe that looks amazing and has only a handful of ingredients!

  2. Teriyaki should be called crackiyaki…I love that flavor. Great looking meal!

I made this a few nights ago. I must admit I was skeptical because the recipe did not call for any sugar, but it was delicious! I will be putting this on my blog soon. Thank you!
