I’m a traditional kinda gal. Every Thanksgiving my family serves our traditional dishes. Turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, and my grandmother’s sausage stuffing. After the first plateful I’m as stuffed as the turkey.
This year I wanted to share some healthier side dishes that are full of flavor but a bit better for you. You’ll still get a nice tryptophan nap after dinner but hopefully you’ll wake up ready for pie.
